PRIVATE PILOT · AUGUST 2026
Privacy principles
This private pilot explains the data-protection standard being built into Before You Deal. Final controller details, retention periods and jurisdiction-specific notices will be published before public launch.
Data minimisation
We initially collect only contact details, a concise description and any optional evidence needed to assess whether we can accept the request.
Sensitive information
Supporting PDFs, office documents, screenshots and text files may be attached. Do not submit seed phrases, private keys, passwords, complete bank credentials or unnecessary identity documents.
File safeguards
Attachments are stored in private object storage under random identifiers and marked as quarantined for human review. They are not published or exposed through a public download route.
Purpose and access
Information is used to assess, respond to and, if accepted, administer the requested intelligence service. Access is limited according to the case purpose.
Analytics choice
Google Analytics is loaded only after the visitor accepts measurement. Advertising and ad-personalisation signals are disabled. A refusal is stored on the visitor’s device and prevents the analytics tag from loading.
Retention
Pilot inquiries are retained only while needed for assessment, security, record-keeping and applicable legal obligations. A definitive schedule will be published before public launch.
Your requests
You may request access, correction or deletion by writing to contact@beforeyoudeal.com. Some records may need to be retained where law requires it.
International processing
The project is being established in Dubai and may serve international clients. Appropriate contractual and security safeguards will be defined before sensitive case material is accepted.
Questions about these principles can be sent to this address.
